On March 15, 2001, 214 illegally cut tres were confiscated by inn Local Protected Area Management Committee (LPAMC) the northwest of Rasa Gland coastal forest. The said cut trees were 0.5-1.5 inches in diameter and 10-12 fool in length and were found out to be cut by Boyet Villarias and company. The confiscation was done after an ocular investigation conducted by the composite team.
